The staff is exceptionally friendly. the hotel's location is great, right next to Mamita's Beach Club and 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa Del Carmen.

The breakfast was savoury and amazing with a huge variety of options. Unbeatable very central location very close to the beach and all the shops & bars on 5th avenue, and all the commercial stores and restaurants are located.

I had 6 nights in Playa del Carmen, spending the time here really good. Greatly enjoyed staying at the king room with comfortable beds and pillows. Amicable staff and savoury and free breakfast with freshly squeezed, a fresh made omelet plus the wonderful chef that lived up to my expectations. The location was good, close to Aquarium Beach. The service was excellent and the pool was very clean.

This place is conveniently situated near a bus stop and in a great area; they serve a continental breakfast with smoothies, granola, and delicious coffee.

Air-conditioned and beautifully maintained room with a king bed, spent our time really good. - the location turned out to be great, a short walk to hot water for tea, Tulum for the day, and the principal square. - Furthermore, one block from the ADO bus station.

It wasn't quite clean, especially in the bathroom.

beds were not very comfortable (well, maybe it's only me and the others will be fine with these beds). also you can hear perfectly well what is going on at your neighbours' rooms. and sometimes you don't want to know that:-))

This hotel was an excellent choice and the staff were very helful and friendly. I enojyed the discounts ofered by the Karma Trails agency from the hotel. I was able to reserve lounge chairs at Mamitas beach club, bookings for Xel-Ha, Chichen Itza and "The Gym." Also, the complimantary beach towels were great, so there is no need to take up a lot of your packing space bringing beach towels.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Quinta Avenida. the breakfast was savory and marvelous for a nightly snack. - the staff were all very helpful, which was unquestionably a plus.

We stayed at the hotel " Playa del Karma" for 7 nights in July and it was an excellent choice!.. it's close to the main street of Playa, where all the nice restaurants and shops are located and it's just a 5 minutes walk to the beach! The rooms are nicely decorated and their small garden with the swimming pool is very tropical and relaxing! We would highly recommend this hotel! It's definitely good value for money! Their staff is very friendly and helpful! Many thanks to Victor! If you love nature and would like to feel like " The Flintstones ", then this is the place for you! :))

A lovely place, and people are really kind.

This place was fantastic and had a comfortable king-sized bed, the club served a healthy meal, and the location was unbeatable, with Quinta Avenida just a short distance away.
